Paris is a city full of culture, from art to food. If you’re planning a trip there or just want to learn more about the city, here are five things you should definitely do while you’re there!
See the Paris Eiffel Tower
If you’re looking for things to do in Paris, one of the most popular attractions is the Eiffel Tower. The tower is located on the Champ de Mars and stands 1,063 feet tall. You can take an elevator to the top of the tower for some stunning views of Paris.
Visit the Louvre Museum
The Louvre Museum is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Paris and the world, as it is home to some of the world’s most famous works of art, including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. The museum is in the center of Paris, near the Tuileries Gardens. It is open every day except Tuesday, and admission is free for children under 18.
Walk along the Champs-Élysées
The Champs-Élysées is one of the most famous streets in Paris. It is a beautiful tree-lined avenue that runs from the Place de la Concorde to the Arc de Triomphe.
There are plentiful shops, cafes, and restaurants along the way. There is also a lot of history along the Champs-Élysées. For example, the street was the site of the famous Bastille Day parade until 2017.
